Tianjin Newidea Machinery Co.,Ltd. ,established in 2011, is committed to providing customers with perfect packaging solution. Our company is located in Tianjin, China, half hour to Beijing and one hour to Tianjin Xingang Port.
We have unique insight and abundant practical experience in the packaging field of coffee, tea, sugar, spice, vegetable, pet food, oil, pharmaceutical and household goods. Our packaging machines cover whole serial products, such as granule, powder, paste, liquid and tea. Various kinds of bags for customers’ choice, such as pillow bag, gusset bag, quad seal bag, pyramid bag, flat bottom bag and drip bag etc.
We have obtained CE, SGS, BV, TUV and ISO9001 certification, all products have been successfully exported to more than 80 countries and regions, servicing more than 1000 customers, offer more than 100 different packaging solution annually. How to execute your order in Tianjin Newidea Machinery ?
Below is your order execute procedures, please kindly check it:
A. After get your order, we will confirm order details with engineer, client, to avoid any negligence.
B. We have make order process update file, and have a video meeting with client at least one time for each week.
C. When machine is ready, we will send video clip, pictures for clients before delivery.
D. We will conduct below TEST report by engineer before delivery.

H. 24 hours online after sale service, and engineer provide online adjust service. And also door to door service by engineer if you need.
I. Machine guarantee time is one year. if you need change only spare parts, we will deliver for you immediately.
